Every project engagement is governed by a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal outlining deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full payment for services rendered, clients retain full ownership of custom code, graphics, copy, and digital assets developed specifically for their project under their respective SOW. Tyagi Technology retains the right to reference non-confidential project deliverables, screenshots, and public project showcases in our marketing portfolio.

4. Honest Deliverables & No Exaggerated Guarantees

While we employ industry-standard best practices, data-driven methodologies, and meticulous engineering standards:

• We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or position numbers, as search algorithms are controlled exclusively by third-party search engines like Google.
• We do not guarantee specific revenue, ROAS, or sales figures, as market conditions, product-market fit, pricing, and external factors influence business outcomes.
• We commit to executing agreed milestones transparently, using verified reporting and milestone reviews.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients agree to provide necessary assets, access credentials, feedback, and approvals in a prompt manner. Any delays resulting from late asset submissions may adjust project delivery timelines accordingly.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tyagi Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
